Reports and dashboards

  • Cost Transparency

    The Cost Transparency reports and dashboards provide a TBM view of your IT spend. This gives you a consistent and transparent way to visualise technology investments and how they flow into business value. Each layer can be visualised further in other dashboards and reports to see the tools, processes, data, and people needed to manage the business of technology.

  • Finance (Menu)

    The Finance reports and dashboards provide a Finance view of IT Spend by Cost Centre Owners, Cost Pools, and Labour. It also allows you to see how you are tracking against your budget or prior year through RAG status reports for your Cost Pools and a Finance Overview dashboard.

  • Vendors

    The Vendor reports and dashboards provides an overview of your contracted vs. non contracted vendor spend, a Vendor Portfolio showing cost drivers, top 20 vendors by spend and much more. The Vendor Details report shows gives you a breakdown of where its spend is coming from and how its trending overtime.This enables you to control costs, drive service excellence and mitigate risks to gain increased value from your vendors throughout the deal life cycle.

  • Technology

    The Technology reports and dashboards provide a comprehensive view of IT spend from a technology perspective, organized by towers, sub-towers, assets, and mobility services. These views help you understand where technology spend is occurring, how it is trending over time, and how it compares against budget and prior year performance.

  • Applications (Menu)

    The Applications reports and dashboards provides an overview of your Application spend, with an Application Portfolio showing your Top 20 Applications and your applications cost pools, monthly spend, cost centres, towers and spend by purpose. It also includes an Application TCO report where you can see a detailed view of a single application. This enables you to control costs, and mitigate application duplication to gain increased value from your applications throughout its life cycle.

  • Solutions (Menu)

    The Solutions dashboards and reports give you a high-level view of solution spend across your portfolio. Use Solution Portfolio to quickly spot where spend is concentrated across solutions, and how it’s trending over time. When you want to dive deeper into a specific solution, open Solution TCO and select a solution offering to see a detailed breakdown by cost pools, towers, vendors, and labor.

  • Platform

    The Platform reports and dashboards provide a TBM-aligned view of platform-related IT spend. These dashboards help you track, analyze, and understand the total cost of ownership (TCO) across key technology platforms, enabling clearer visibility into where platform spend is going and how it is trending over time. The primary platforms include the Cloud, Mainframe, On-Premise, and Server.
