The Finance Overview Dashboard provides a breakdown of all spend for Cost Pools, Cost Centers and Trends. This allows you to see your total IT spend from a Finance perspective. Near real-time visibility for tracking spend to quickly identify areas to improve and proactively set appropriate actions

The Account Overview page provides a list of all your accounts. This allows you to see an overview of their current spend, budget and variance before selecting one to see a more granular breakdown.

The Cost Center Overview page provides a list of all your Cost Centers. This allows you to see an overview of their current spend, budget and variance before selecting one to see a more granular breakdown.

The Labor Overview dashboard provides a consolidated view of IT labor spend, covering internal labor, external labor, and consulting costs. It helps you understand how labor spend evolves over time, where it is sourced from, and which vendors are driving costs.

The Cost Pool Budget RAG Status is a report that provides a breakdown of RAG statuses by Sub Cost Pools. This allows you to see a snapshot view of your Cost Pool health with respect to Spend YTD vs. Budget YTD.

The Cost Pool Prior Year RAG Status is a report that provides a breakdown of RAG statuses by Sub Cost Pool. This allows you to see a snapshot view of your Cost Pool health with respect to Spend YTD vs. Prior Year Spend YTD.

This report provides a breakdown of Cost Centre Owner Spend YTD vs Budget YTD.

The Annual Spend Report gives us a more detailed view of your spend for a specific year with a monthly breakdown. This also provides an easily accessible backdrop for modelling your future budget.
