Selecting any data point in a chart allows you to drill down into a more detailed view of the selected element.
Monthly Spend
This chart shows the monthly trend month-on-month and the cumulative Year to Date spend. Spend is shown as Total Spend and Budget for each month. The cumulative dotted spend line predicts spend for future months based on historic spend.
Click on any Spend column to drill into the month and see the spend broken down for the month.
Cost Pools
The Cost Pool chart shows the cumulative Year to Date spend and Year to Date budget broken down by Cost Pool. Click on any Cost Pool column to drill further into the spend for the Cost Pool.
Top 20 Cost Centers
The Top 20 Cost Centers chart shows the top 20 cost centers from most to least spend. Spend for each cost center is shown as Spend YTD and Budget.
Click on any cost center bar to drill further into the Cost Center Spend dashboard.
Top 20 Vendors
The Top 20 Vendors chart shows the top 20 vendors by spend from most to least spend. Spend for each vendor is shown as Spend YTD and Budget.
Click on any vendor bar to drill further into the Vendor Spend dashboard.
