Use this article to manage Playbooks in Yarken.

What Playbooks do

Playbooks hold the SOPs that guide Ask Yarken through recurring analysis workflows.

They help teams standardise analysis, reinforce approved calculation logic, and keep responses aligned to Finance, TBM, and FinOps practices.

What the Settings screen shows

The Settings screen shows a Playbooks area with:

1. Agent SOPs

2. Uploaded Files

3. Add New

4. Upload

5. Edit and download actions

Why this matters

Playbooks do not override permissions or create missing data. They guide analysis within Yarken's governed data environment.
