What Copilots do
In Settings, Copilots mainly refers to the Graph Explanation Copilot.
This Copilot explains a dashboard chart or table using the widget title, description, data behind the visualisation, and active filters.
What admins can control
The current AI settings documentation confirms that administrators can:

Enable or disable Graph Explanation Copilot

Add Graph Explanation Context

Save the context used to shape the explanation
The widget author must also enable Copilot for the relevant dashboard widget before end users can use it on that chart.
Why this matters
Copilots help users understand chart behaviour faster, but the quality and style of those explanations still depends on the context configured by administrators and dashboard authors.
