Vendor Details | Yarken Help

The Vendor Details dashboard provides a comprehensive view of spend details for a single vendor. It brings together financial performance, spend trends, consumption breakdowns, and contract information to support informed vendor governance and decision-making.

This dashboard is typically accessed after selecting a vendor from the Vendor Selection page.

KPIs

Vendor Spend (YTD)

Total vendor spend incurred year to date.

Prior Year Spend (YTD)

Year-to-date spend in the prior year.

Variance (YTD)

Difference between current year spend (YTD) and prior year spend (YTD).

Total Prior Year Spend

Total spend for the prior year.

Relationship RAG

Current state of relationship with the vendor, measured in RAG (Red, Amber, and Green).

Vendor Owner

The individual or team within the organization responsible for managing the vendor relationship.

Vendor Function

Indicates the primary service category for the vendor (for example, Cybersecurity Solutions).

Vendor Type

Displays the vendor classification.

Operational Meetings

Shows the status of operational meetings occurred with the vendor (N/A if not configured).

SPM Meetings

Shows the status of Supplier Performance Management (SPM) meetings occurred with the vendor (N/A if not configured).

Minutes Completed

Shows the status of minutes of meeting completed with the vendor (N/A if not configured).

Charts and tables

Selecting any data point in a chart allows you to drill down into a more detailed view of the selected element.

Monthly Spend

This chart shows the monthly trend for month-on-month and cumulative year to date spend. Spend is shown as total spend and prior year spend for each month.

Click on any month column to drill into the transaction level spend for the month.

Spend by Function

The Spend by Function shows vendor spend grouped by vendor function for the filtered criteria. The No. of Vendors shows how many vendors contributed to spend within each function.

Top 20 Cost Centers

The Top 20 Cost Centers chart shows the top 20 cost centers from most to least vendor spend. Spend for each cost center is shown as YTD and prior year YTD.

Click on any cost center bar to drill further into the related GL transaction.

Cost Pools

The Cost Pools chart shows the cumulative year to date spend and prior year to date spend broken down by TBM Cost Pool.

Click on any cost pool column to drill into the related GL transactions.

Towers

The Towers chart shows the cumulative year to date spend and prior year to date spend broken down by TBM Tower.

Click in any tower to drill into related GL transaction.

Vendor Contract Details

The Vendor Contract Details table provides contract information associated with the selected vendor, including the total number of contracts, contract amount, start and end dates.

Vendor Spend Details

This table shows the vendor spend trend for month-on-month spend. Spend is shown as total spend and prior year spend for each month for the filtered vendor.

Click on any row to drill into the transaction level spend for the month.
