The Solution Portfolio dashboard provides a consolidated view of total solution offering spend across the organization. It presents spend by month, top 20 solutions, cost pools, cost centers, category, and towers.

This dashboard delivers real-time visibility into solution offering-related costs, enabling you to understand where spend is concentrated, how it compares to the prior year, and how it is distributed across the TBM taxonomy.

What is this dashboard used for?

The Solution Portfolio dashboard provides a high-level financial overview of total solution offering costs. It is used to:

• Monitor total offering spend performance

• Compare current year spend against prior year

• Identify high-cost offerings

• Understand cost distribution across TBM dimensions

• Support financial reporting and variance analysis

What questions does this dashboard answer?

• What is the total cost of my offering spend year-to-date?

• How does the year-to-date spend consume to the prior year-to-date spend?

• Which offerings are consuming the most spend?

• How is my offering spend being distributed across the TBM taxonomy?

KPIs

Charts and tables

Selecting any data point in a chart allows you to drill down into a more detailed view of the selected element.

Monthly Spend

The Monthly Spend chart shows the month-on-month trend and the cumulative year to date spend. Spend is shown as total spend and prior year spend for each month. The cumulative dotted spend line predicts spend for future months based on historic spend.

Click on any spend column to drill into the month and see the spend broken down for the month.

Top 20 Solutions

The Top 20 Solutions chart shows the top 20 solutions by spend from most to least spend. Spend for each solution is shown as spend YTD, prior year spend YTD and variance.

Cost Pools

The Cost Pools chart shows the cumulative YTD spend and prior year YTD spend broken down by cost pool.

Click on any cost pool to drill further into the spend for the cost pool.

Top 20 Cost Centers

The Top 20 Cost Centers chart shows the top 20 cost centers from most to least spend. Spend for each cost center is shown as YTD and prior year YTD.

Spend by Category

This chart shows the solution offering spend broken by solution category. Spend is shown as YTD, prior year YTD, and variance.

Towers

The Tower chart shows the cumulative YTD spend and prior year YTD spend broken down by tower. Click on any tower to drill further into the spend for the tower.
