Workforce Planning: Setup & Workflow (Flowchart)

Before you start

Before creating a workforce plan, make sure the required setup is complete.

You need:

  • Workforce roles created

  • Base compensation added for each role

  • Role-to-account mapping configured

  • Cost centers, entities, employees, and vendors available

  • Access as a Budget Process Owner or Budget Contributor
