The Accuracy Trend dashboard provides an overview of the accuracy trend over the month. The dashboard is designed to show the Monthly Spend and Deviation RAG Status. This dashboard allows user to analyze the forecast and actual spend across all the months in the financial year.
By default, the dashboard shows the spend details of all the teams for the current financial year. You can apply a team filter to check the accuracy trend for a specific team.
Monthly Spend
This chart shows the monthly forecast and actual trend month-on-month compared to the prior year's actual spend. Spend is shown as the forecast spend and actual spend for each month. The dotted line represents the forecasted amount for the month whose actual amount is not loaded. You can track and compare the forecasted and actual spend for each month.
Hover over any data point on the chart to view the forecasted and actual amount for that particular month. By default, the chart shows the monthly spend for all the teams. You can apply a filter to see the monthly spend of a specific team.
Deviation RAG Status
Deviation RAG Status shows the percentage deviation across all months for each team. The values are based on the RAG (Red, Amber, and Green) system. This enables you to monitor and compare the percentage deviation of all teams for each month in one place.
