Business Case Overview

The Business Case Overview dashboard provides an overview of the business case details. It also allows you to track and compare the business case estimates with actual spend. The dashboard shows the business case estimate by month, Cost Pools, Towers, and Vendors.

Monthly Business Case

This chart shows the month-on-month trend and the cumulative Year to Date estimates. The business case estimate is compared with the spend on each month. The chart also shows the Year to Date estimates and spend amount for the filtered business case.

Click on any column to drill into the transaction level spend for that month.

Sub Cost Pools

The Sub Cost Pools chart shows the business case estimates broken down by the sub cost pools. The sub cost pool estimates is compared with the year to date spend.

Click on any column to drill into transaction level spend for that sub cost pool.

Sub Towers

The Sub Towers chart shows the business case estimate broken down by the sub towers. The estimate for each sub tower is compared with the year to date spend.

Vendors

The Vendor chart shows the business case estimate broken down by the vendors. The estimate for each vendor is compared with the year to date spend.

Metrics

The Metrics chart compares the monthly business case estimate with actual spend and track against the metric value. The graph depicts the monthly target metrics value and measure along with the business case estimates and actual spend.
