Billing Account Spend (Cloud Resource)

The Billing Account Spend report provides a detailed view of cloud billed costs for a selected billing account. It breaks down spend trends, regional distribution, and top resources associated with the billing account, with comparisons to prior year values.

This report is accessed by drilling down from the Billing Accounts chart in the Cloud Resources dashboard and is scoped to a selected billing account.

Selecting any data point in a chart allows you to drill down into a more detailed view of the selected element.

Monthly Spend

This chart shows the month-on-month and the cumulative year to date cloud billed costs. Cloud billed cost is shown as total spend and prior year cloud spend for each month. The cumulative dotted line predicts cost for future months based on historic cloud billed cost.

Regions

The Regions chart displays cloud billed costs by region, ordered from highest to lowest spend. For each region, the chart shows cloud billed cost YTD, prior year cloud billed cost YTD, and the variance.

Top 20 Resources

The Top 20 Resources chart highlights the top 20 resources by cloud billed cost from most to least cloud billed cost. Cloud billed cost for each resources is shown as cloud billed cost YTD, Prior Year cloud billed cost YTD and cloud billed cost Variance.

The Billing Account Spend Details table provides a detailed breakdown of cloud billed costs for the selected billing account. It includes region, resource name, billed cost, prior year billed cost, and variance.
