The chargeback report has been prepared and selected in Admin > Settings > Chargeback.

You are working in the correct year and month.

What happens after creation
After Chargeback is created:
-
The month is locked.
-
The new chargeback moves into DRAFT status.
-
You can review it, approve it, download it, or revert it.
Approve, export, or revert Chargeback
You can manage Chargeback from the month card menu or from the view screen.
Approve
Use approval when the month is ready to be finalized.
Export
After approval, you can export Chargeback to the configured S3 Bucket if your environment uses that option.
Revert
Use revert when the result needs to be corrected. Revert removes the created chargeback for that month so you can fix the upstream data and create it again.
