How to read the report

Monthly Chargeback
Shows how the selected offering changes over time.

Consumers
Shows which Consumers are charged for the offering.

Chargeback as a Percentage of Total Spend
Shows how important the offering is in the current chargeback view.

Chargeback Trend by Solution Offering
Shows whether the offering is steady or changing over time.

Troubleshooting

If the result does not look right:

  1. Review the Consumer drilldown for a stakeholder view.

  2. Recheck the upstream allocation and report setup.

  3. Revert the month if the core result needs to be corrected.
