How to read the report

Monthly Chargeback
Shows how the Consumer position changes over time.

Solution Offerings
Shows which offerings are driving the assigned cost.

Chargeback as a Percentage of Total Spend
Shows how large the Consumer is in the current chargeback view.

Chargeback Trend by Consumer
Shows whether the Consumer position is steady or changing over time.

If something looks wrong

If the result does not look right:

  1. Open the solution offering drilldown for the service that stands out.

  2. Recheck the upstream allocation and report setup.

  3. Revert the month if the core result needs to be corrected.
