Review dictated text before sending it, especially for vendor names, account names, cost centers, project names, and acronyms.

You can stop an active response when:

  1. You entered the wrong question.

  2. The response is taking longer than needed.

It is especially useful when you want to:

Manage Ask Yarken chats

Continue an existing chat

In full-screen view, use the left-side history panel to open previous conversations.

Continue an existing chat when the next question depends on earlier analysis.

For example, after asking for the top cloud spend drivers, you can ask:

Break that down by business consumer.

Ask Yarken uses the conversation context to understand what that follow-up refers to.

Share, delete, or unshare a chat

Ask Yarken supports sharing a chat thread with users in your Yarken organization who already have access to the relevant data.

Use sharing when a conversation contains analysis that should be visible to other stakeholders, such as Finance, IT leadership, FinOps, or business owners.

Shared conversations remain governed by access controls.

In full-screen view, open the chat history menu for a thread. Depending on the thread status, you can:

  1. Delete the thread.

  2. Unshare the thread.

Use delete for conversations that no longer need to be retained. Use unshare when analysis should no longer be visible to other users.
