Recommendations Overview

The Recommendations Overview Dashboard provides a comprehensive view of your personalized recommendations. It shows a detailed breakdown of your estimated Potential Savings and Realized Savings by month, Asset Type, and Source. You can also track and compare year-to-date projected savings and realized savings values for the different asset types and months. This dashboard collects data from the Recommendations page, which is accessible via the Admin menu.

You can use the month and year filters to analyze the recommendations for a specific timeframe.

KPIs

Charts and tables

Selecting any data point in a chart allows you to drill down into a more detailed view of the selected element.

Savings

The Savings chart shows a breakdown of potential and realized savings by asset types.

Click on any bar to drill into the transaction level savings for the asset.

Potential Savings

The Potential Savings chart shows the breakdown of potential savings by recommendation sources such as Manual, AWS or Azure.

Click on any source to drill into the transaction level saving for the source.

Monthly Savings

This chart shows the monthly trend for month-on-month and cumulative year-to-date savings. Monthly savings are shown as Potential Savings and Realized Savings for each month.

Click on any month column to drill into the transaction-level savings for the month.

The table below outlines the charts available on this page and the corresponding data cubes from which each chart retrieves its data.
