Cost Pool Vendor Spend

The Cost Pool Vendor Spend report provides a detailed view of vendor spend for a selected cost pool.

This report is typically accessed by drilling down from the Vendor Portfolio dashboard and is scoped to the selected cost pool and time period.

KPIs

Charts and tables

Selecting any data point in a chart allows you to drill down into a more detailed view of the selected element.

Monthly Spend

This chart shows the monthly trend for month-on-month and cumulative year to date spend. Spend is shown as total spend and prior year spend for each month.

Click on any month column to drill into the transaction level spend for the month.

Vendors

The Vendors chart shows a breakdown of spend by vendors for the given filter criteria.

Click on any vendor to drill into related GL transaction.

Spend by Function

The Spend by Function shows vendor spend grouped by vendor function for the filtered criteria. The No. of Vendors shows how many vendors contributed to spend within each function.

Top 20 Cost Centers

The Top 20 Cost Centers chart shows the top 20 cost centers from most to least vendor spend. Spend for each cost center is shown as YTD and prior year YTD.

Click on any cost center bar to drill further into the related GL transaction.

Sub Cost Pools

This chart shows the cumulative year to date spend and prior year to date broken down by sub cost pool.

Click on any sub cost pool to drill into related GL transaction.

Towers

The Towers chart shows the cumulative year to date spend and prior year to date spend broken down by TBM Tower.

This chart shows the monthly cost pool vendor spend trend for the filtered Cost Pool. Cost pool vendor spend is shown as total spend, prior year spend and variance for each month.

Click on any row to drill into the transaction level spend for the cost pool vendor.
