Vendor Function Spend

The Vendor Function Spend report provides a focused view of vendor spend grouped by vendor function, allowing you to understand what types of vendor services are driving costs and how that spend is distributed across the organization.

This report is typically accessed by drilling down from the Vendor Portfolio and is scoped to the selected function and context.

KPIs

Charts and tables

Selecting any data point in a chart allows you to drill down into a more detailed view of the selected element.

Monthly Spend

This chart shows the monthly trend for month-on-month and cumulative year to date spend. Spend is shown as total spend and prior year spend for each month.

Click on any month column to drill into the transaction level spend for the month.

Top 20 Vendors

The Top 20 Vendors chart shows the top 20 vendors by spend from most to least spend. Spend for each vendor is shown as spend YTD, prior year spend YTD and spend variance.

Top 20 Cost Centers

The Top 20 Cost Centers chart shows the top 20 cost centers from most to least vendor spend. Spend for each cost center is shown as YTD and prior year YTD.

Click on any cost center bar to drill further into the related GL transaction.

Cost Pools

The Cost Pools chart shows the cumulative year to date spend and prior year to date spend broken down by TBM Cost Pool.

Click on any cost pool column to drill into the related GL transactions.

Towers

The Towers chart shows the cumulative year to date spend and prior year to date spend broken down by TBM Tower.

Click in any tower to drill into related GL transaction.

Vendor Function Spend Details

This chart shows the monthly vendor function spend trend for the filtered Vendor Function. Vendor function spend is shown as total spend, prior year spend and variance for each month.
