Account Budget Details

The Account Budget Details report provides a detailed breakdown of the budget for the filtered account. This allows you to see budget breakdown of accounts upto 5 years.

Charts and tables

Selecting any data point in a chart allows you to drill down into a more detailed view of the selected element.

Monthly Budget Details

This chart shows the monthly trend of the Year to Date budget for the filtered account.

Click on any month to drill into the related GL transactions.

Cost Centers

This chart shows the cumulative Year to Date spend and Year to Date budget broken down by Cost Centers.

Top 20 Vendors

The Top 20 Vendors chart shows the top 20 vendors from most to least budget. Budget for each vendor is shown as YTD budget.

Click on any vendor to drill into the related GL transactions.

Budget Details

The Budget Details chart provides a list of all budget associated with the filtered account. The budget amount is shown with the CPI-LPI percentage, budget status, and budget creator’s name. You can add the additional columns by clicking on the Show/Hide columns button.
