Cost Center Budget Details

The Cost Center Budget Details report provides a detailed multi-year budget view for a selected Cost Center.

This report is accessed by drilling down from the Top 20 Cost Centers chart in the Budget Overview dashboard and is scoped to selected cost pool.

KPIs

Each KPI shows annual budget values for multiple years, the total budget, and the percentage change from the previous year.

Charts and tables

Selecting any data point in a chart allows you to drill down into a more detailed view of the selected element.

Monthly Budget Details

The Monthly Budget Details chart shows the selected Cost Center’s monthly budget allocation across multiple years.

Click on any month to drill into the related GL transactions.

Top 20 Accounts

The Top 20 Accounts chart displays the highest budget allocations by Account for the selected Cost Center across multiple years. This helps you analyze which account contribute the most to the Cost Center budget.

Top 20 Vendors

The Top 20 Vendors chart provides a breakdown of budget allocation by Vendor for the selected Cost Center.

Budget Details

The Budget Details table provides a list of all budget associated with the filtered cost center. The budget amount is shown with the CPI-LPI percentage, budget status, and budget creator’s name.
