Vendor Budget Details

The Vendor Budget Details report provides a detailed breakdown of the budget for the filtered vendor. This allows you to see a budget breakdown of your vendor upto 5 years.

Charts and tables

Selecting any data point in a chart allows you to drill down into a more detailed view of the selected element.

Monthly Budget Details

This chart shows the monthly trend of the Year to Date budget for the filtered vendor.

Click on any month to drill into the related GL transactions.

Top 20 Cost Centers

The Top 20 Cost Centers chart shows the top 20 cost centers from most to least budget for the filtered vendor. Budget for each cost center is shown as YTD budget.

Click on any cost center to drill into the related GL transactions.

Top 20 Accounts

The Top 20 Accounts chart shows the top 20 accounts from most to least budget for the filtered vendor. Budget for each account is shown as YTD budget.

Click on any account to drill into the related GL transactions.

Budget Details

The Budget Details chart provides a list of all budget associated with the filtered vendor. The budget amount is shown with the CPI-LPI percentage, budget status, and budget creator’s name. You can add the additional columns by clicking on the Show/Hide columns button.
