Vendor Budget Details

The Vendor Budget Details report provides a detailed multi-year budget view for a selected Vendor.

This report is accessed by drilling down from the Top 20 Vendors chart in the Budget Overview dashboard and is scoped to selected vendor.

KPIs

Each KPI shows annual budget values for multiple years, the total budget, and the percentage change from the previous year.

Charts and tables

Selecting any data point in a chart allows you to drill down into a more detailed view of the selected element.

Monthly Budget Details

The Monthly Budget Details chart shows the selected Vendor’s monthly budget allocation across multiple years.

Click on any month to drill into the related GL transactions.

Top 20 Cost Centers

The Top 20 Cost Centers chart displays the budget allocation for the selected Vendor across associated Cost Centers over multiple years.

Click on any cost center to drill into the related GL transactions.

Top 20 Accounts

The Top 20 Accounts chart provides a breakdown of budget allocation by Account for the selected Vendor.

Click on any account to drill into the related GL transactions.

Budget Details

The Budget Details table provides a list of all budget associated with the filtered vendor. The budget amount is shown with the CPI-LPI percentage, budget status, and budget creator’s name.
