Monthly Budget Details

The Monthly Budget Details report provides a detailed multi-year budget view for a selected Month.

This enables you to analyze how budgets are distributed across Cost Centers, Accounts, and Vendors for a specific month over multiple budget years.

This report is accessed by drilling down from the Monthly Budget Details chart in the Budget Overview dashboard and is scoped to selected month.

KPIs

Each KPI shows annual budget values for multiple years, the total budget, and the percentage change from the previous year.

Charts and tables

Selecting any data point in a chart allows you to drill down into a more detailed view of the selected element.

Top 20 Cost Centers

The Top 20 Cost Centers chart displays the budget allocation for the selected Month across the highest-budgeted Cost Centers over multiple years.

Click on any month to drill into the related GL transactions.

Top 20 Accounts

The Top 20 Accounts chart provides a breakdown of the selected Month’s budget by Account across multiple years.

Click on any vendor to drill into the related GL transactions.

Top 20 Vendors

The Top 20 Vendors chart shows the budget allocation for the selected Month by Vendor across multiple years.

Click on any vendor to drill into the related GL transactions.

Budget Details

The Budget Details table provides a list of all budget associated with the filtered month. The budget amount is shown with the CPI-LPI percentage, budget status, and budget creator’s name.
