Monthly Budget Details

The Monthly Budget Details report provides a detailed breakdown of the budget for the filtered month. This allows you to see a budget breakdown for a particular month for upto 5 years.

Charts and tables

Selecting any data point in a chart allows you to drill down into a more detailed view of the selected element.

Top 20 Cost Centers

The Top 20 Cost Centers chart shows the top 20 cost centers from most to least budget for the filtered month. Budget for each month is shown as YTD budget.

Click on any month to drill into the related GL transactions.

Top 20 Accounts

The Top 20 Accounts chart shows the top 20 accounts from most to least budget for the filtered month. Budget for each account is shown as YTD budget.

Click on any vendor to drill into the related GL transactions.

Top 20 Vendors

The Top 20 Vendors chart shows the top 20 vendors from most to least budget for the filtered month. Budget for each vendor is shown as YTD budget.

Budget Details

The Budget Details chart provides a list of all budget associated with the filtered month. The budget amount is shown with the CPI-LPI percentage, budget status, and budget creator’s name. You can add the additional columns by clicking on the Show/Hide columns button.
