Account Spend

The Account Spend report provides an overview of contracted and non-contracted vendor spend for a given account.

It helps you understand how spend for that account is split between contract-covered and non-contracted spend, how it trends over time, and which vendors and cost centers are driving the spend.

This report is accessed by drilling down from the Top 20 Accounts chart on the Contracted Spend dashboard and is scoped to the selected account context.

Selecting any data point in a chart allows you to drill down into a more detailed view of the selected element.

Monthly Spend

This chart shows the monthly trend for the contracted spend and non-contracted spend for a given filter criteria.

Top 20 Vendors

The Top 20 Vendors chart shows the top 20 vendor by contracted and non-contracted spend from most to least spend.

Click on any account to drill into the related GL transaction.

Top 20 Cost Centers

The Top 20 Cost Centers chart shows the top 20 cost center by contracted and non-contracted spend from most to least spend.

Click on any account to drill into the related GL transaction.

Account Spend Details

This chart shows the monthly account spend trend for contracted and non contracted spend. Spend is shown as contracted spend, non-contracted spend and total spend for the filtered account.

Click on any row to drill into the transaction level spend for the month.
