Cost Center Vendor Spend (Contracted Spend)

The Cost Center Vendor Spend report provides an overview of contracted and non-contracted vendor spend for a given Cost Center.

This report is accessed by drilling down from the Top 20 Cost Centers chart on the Contracted Spend dashboard and is scoped to the selected cost center context.

KPIs

Contracted Spend (YTD)

Year to date contracted spend.

Non Contracted Spend (YTD)

Year to date non-contracted spend.

Contracted Spend (Month)

Contracted spend for the last filtered month.

Non Contracted Spend (Month)

Non-contracted spend for the last filtered month.

This chart shows the monthly trend for the contracted spend and non-contracted spend for a given filter criteria.

The Top 20 Accounts chart shows the top 20 accounts by contracted and non-contracted spend from most to least spend.

Cost Center Spend Details

This chart shows the monthly cost center spend trend for contracted and non-contracted spend. Spend is shown as contracted spend, non-contracted spend and total spend for the filtered cost center.

Click on any row to drill into the transaction level spend for the month.
