Cost Pool Spend (Cost Transparency-Prior Year)

The Cost Pool Spend (Prior Year) dashboard provides a detailed breakdown of spend for a selected Cost Pool by comparing current Year-to-Date (YTD) spend against prior year YTD spend.

This report helps you analyze historical spend trends within the selected Cost Pool.

This report is accessed by drilling down from the Cost Pools chart in the Cost Transparency (Prior Year) dashboard and is scoped to selected cost pool.

KPIs

Spend (YTD)

Total year-to-date spend across all included IT costs.

Total Prior Year Spend

Total spend for the prior year.

Prior Year Spend (YTD)

Year-to-date spend in the prior year.

Variance (YTD)

Difference between current year spend (YTD) and prior year spend (YTD).

Monthly Spend

This chart shows the monthly trend for month-on-month and cumulative year to date spend. Spend is shown as total spend and prior year spend for each month.

The Vendors chart shows current YTD spend versus prior year YTD spend by Vendor for the selected filtered criteria.

Sub Cost Pools

This chart shows the cumulative year to date spend and prior year to date broken down by sub cost pool.

Top 20 Cost Centers

This chart shows the cumulative YTD spend and prior year YTD spend broken down by cost centers.

Click on a cost centers to see a drill down to the transaction level.

The Towers chart shows the cumulative year to date spend and prior year to date spend broken down by TBM Tower.
