Tower Spend (Cost Transparency-Prior Year)

The Tower Spend (Prior Year) dashboard provides a detailed breakdown of spend for a selected tower by comparing current Year-to-Date (YTD) spend against prior year YTD spend.

This report helps you analyze historical spend trends within the selected tower.

This report is accessed by drilling down from the Towers chart in the Cost Transparency (Prior Year) dashboard and is scoped to selected tower.

KPIs

Spend (YTD)

Total year-to-date spend across all included IT costs.

Total Prior Year Spend

Total spend for the prior year.

Prior Year Spend (YTD)

Year-to-date spend in the prior year.

Variance (YTD)

Difference between current year spend (YTD) and prior year spend (YTD).

Monthly Spend

This chart shows the monthly trend for month-on-month and cumulative year to date spend. Spend is shown as total spend and prior year spend for each month.

The Vendors chart shows current YTD spend versus prior year YTD spend by Vendor for the selected filtered criteria.

Cost Pools

The Cost Pools chart shows the cumulative year to date spend and prior year to date spend broken down by TBM Cost Pool.

Top 20 Cost Centers

This chart shows the cumulative YTD spend and prior year YTD spend broken down by cost centers.

Click on a cost centers to see a drill down to the transaction level.

Sub Towers

This chart shows the cumulative year to date spend and prior year to date broken down by Sub Tower.

This chart shows the tower spend trend for month-on-month. Spend is shown as total spend, prior year spend and variance for each month for the filtered Tower.
