Cost Pool Spend (Cost Transparency)

The Cost Pool Spend report provides a detailed view of spend for a selected cost pool, showing how spend compares against budget and forecast across the year.

This report enables deeper analysis of cost drivers within a cost pool and helps identify areas contributing to budget variance.

This report is accessed by drilling down from the Cost Pools chart in the Cost Transparency dashboard and is scoped to selected cost pool.

Vendors

The Vendors chart shows spend by vendor for the filtered criteria, comparing year-to-date spend against budget and forecast. This view highlights vendors contributing most to spend.

Sub Cost Pools

This chart shows year-to-date spend compared to budget and forecast, broken down by sub-cost pools. This view helps identify which sub-cost pool are driving spend within the selected cost pool.

The Top 20 Cost Centers chart displays the top cost centers by year-to-date spend, comparing actual spend against budget and forecast.

Cost Pool Spend Details

This chart shows the month-on-month spend trend for the filtered cost pool. Spend is shown as total spend, budget and variance for each month for the filtered cost pool.

Click on any row to drill into the transaction level spend for the month.
