Solution Spend (Cost Transparency)

The Solution Spend report provides a detailed view of spend for a selected solution type, showing how spend compares against budget and forecast across the year.

This report enables deeper analysis of cost drivers within a solution type and helps identify areas contributing to budget variance.

This report is accessed by drilling down from the Solutions chart in the Cost Transparency Overview dashboard and is scoped to selected solution type.

KPIs

Spend (YTD)

Total year-to-date spend across all included IT costs.

Budget (YTD)

Budget allocated for the current year-to-date period.

Variance (YTD)

Difference between actual spend and the allocated YTD budget.

Annual Budget

Total approved budget for the full financial year.

Annual Forecast

Forecasted spend for the full financial year.
