Cost Center Spend (Technology)

The Cost Center Spend report provides a detailed view of technology spend for a selected cost center.

This report is accessed by drilling down from the Top 20 Cost Centers chart in the Technology Overview dashboard and is scoped to a selected cost center.

Charts and tables

Selecting any data point in a chart allows you to drill down into a more detailed view of the selected element.

Monthly Spend

The Monthly Spend chart shows monthly spend trends, comparing actual technology spend against budget and forecast, along with cumulative year-to-date values.

Click any month to drill into the related GL transactions.

Vendors

The Vendors chart shows spend by vendor for the filtered criteria, comparing year-to-date spend against budget and forecast. This view highlights vendors contributing most to tower spend.

Cost Pools

This chart shows year-to-date spend versus budget and forecast, broken down by cost pool. This view helps identify which cost pools are driving spend within the filtered criteria.

Towers

The Towers chart shows spend by towers for the filtered criteria, comparing year-to-date spend against budget and forecast.

Cost Center Spend Details

This chart shows the cost center spend trend for month-on-month. Spend is shown as total spend and budget for each month for the filtered cost center.

Click on any row to drill into the transaction level spend for the month.
