The Vendor Spend report provides a detailed view of technology spend for a selected vendor.

This report is accessed by drilling down from the Top 20 Vendors chart in the Technology Overview dashboard and is scoped to a selected vendor.

Monthly Spend

The Monthly Spend chart shows monthly spend trends, comparing actual technology spend against budget and forecast, along with cumulative year-to-date values.

Towers

The Towers chart shows spend by towers for the filtered criteria, comparing year-to-date spend against budget and forecast.

Click any tower to drill into related GL transaction.

Cost Pools

This chart shows year-to-date spend versus budget and forecast, broken down by cost pool. This view helps identify which cost pools are driving spend within the filtered criteria.

Top 20 Cost Centers

The Top 20 Cost Centers chart displays the top cost centers by year-to-date spend, comparing actual spend against budget and forecast.

Vendor Spend Details

This chart shows the vendor spend trend for month-on-month spend. Spend is shown as total spend and budget for each month for the filtered vendor.

Click on any row to drill into the transaction level spend for the month.
