Cost Pool Spend (Technology)

The Cost Pools Spend report provides a detailed view of technology spend for a selected cost pool.

This report is accessed by drilling down from the Cost Pools chart in the Technology Overview dashboard and is scoped to a selected cost pool.

KPIs

Spend (YTD)

Total year-to-date technology spend.

Budget (YTD)

Budget allocated for technology spend year to date.

Variance (YTD)

Difference between actual spend and budget year to date.

Annual Budget

Total technology budget for the year.

Annual Forecast

Projected full-year technology spend.

Monthly Spend

The Monthly Spend chart shows monthly spend trends, comparing actual technology spend against budget and forecast, along with cumulative year-to-date values.

The Vendors chart shows spend by vendor for the filtered criteria, comparing year-to-date spend against budget and forecast. This view highlights vendors contributing most to tower spend.

Cost Pool Spend Details

This chart shows the month-on-month spend trend for the filtered cost pool. Spend is shown as total spend, budget and variance for each month for the filtered cost pool.
