Tower Spend (Technology)

The Tower Spend report provides a detailed view of spend for a selected technology tower, showing how spend compares against budget and forecast across the year.

This report enables deeper analysis of cost drivers within a tower and helps identify areas contributing to budget variance.

This report is accessed by drilling down from the Towers chart in the Technology Overview dashboard and is scoped to selected tower.

KPIs

Spend (YTD)

Total year-to-date technology spend.

Budget (YTD)

Budget allocated for technology spend year to date.

Variance (YTD)

Difference between actual spend and budget year to date.

Annual Budget

Total technology budget for the year.

Annual Forecast

Projected full-year technology spend.
