Monthly Product Spend

The Monthly Product Spend report provides an overview of your product spend for a selected month. It enables you to analyze how monthly product spend is distributed across cost pools, cost centers, and towers.

This report is accessed by drilling down from the Monthly Spend chart in the Product Portfolio dashboard and is scoped to a selected month.

KPIs

Charts and tables

Selecting any data point in a chart allows you to drill down into a more detailed view of the selected element.

Products

This chart shows the cumulative YTD spend and prior year spend broken down by products.

Click on a product to drill down to the transaction level spend.

Cost Pools

The Cost Pools chart shows the cumulative year to date spend and prior year to date spend broken down by TBM Cost Pool.

Click on any cost pool column to drill into the related GL transactions.

Top 20 Cost Centers

This chart shows the cumulative YTD spend and prior year YTD spend broken down by cost centers.

Click on a cost centers to see a drill down to the transaction level.

Towers

The Towers chart shows the cumulative year to date spend and prior year to date spend broken down by TBM Tower.

Click in any tower to drill into related GL transaction.

Monthly Product Spend Details

The Monthly Product Spend Details table shows the product spend trend for the filtered month. Spend is shown as spend YTD, prior year spend and variance.

Click on any row to drill into the transaction level spend for the month.
