This dashboard delivers real-time visibility into service-related costs, enabling you to understand where spend is concentrated, how it compares to the prior year, and how it is distributed across the TBM taxonomy.

KPIs
Charts and tables
Selecting any data point in a chart allows you to drill down into a more detailed view of the selected element.
Monthly Spend
The Monthly Spend chart shows the month-on-month trend and the cumulative year to date spend. Spend is shown as total spend and prior year spend for each month. The cumulative dotted spend line predicts spend for future months based on historic spend.
Click on any spend column to drill into the month and see the spend broken down for the month.
Top 20 Services
The Top 20 Services chart shows the top 20 services from most to least spend. Spend for each service is shown as YTD spend, prior year YTD spend and variance.

Cost Pools
The Cost Pools chart shows the cumulative YTD spend and prior year YTD spend broken down by cost pool.
Click on any cost pool to drill further into the spend for the cost pool.
Top 20 Cost Centers
The Top 20 Cost Centers chart shows the top 20 cost centers from most to least spend. Spend for each cost center is shown as YTD and prior year YTD.

This table breaks down service spend by delivery model and shows number of services per model and total spend per model.
