Tower Service Spend

The Tower Service Spend report provides a detailed breakdown of service spend for a selected tower. It enables users to analyze how service spend is distributed within a specific tower across months, services, cost pools, sub-towers, and cost centers.

This report is accessed by drilling down from the Towers chart in the Service Portfolio dashboard and is scoped to a selected tower.

KPIs

Charts and tables

Selecting any data point in a chart allows you to drill down into a more detailed view of the selected element.

Monthly Spend

This chart shows the monthly trend for month-on-month and cumulative year to date spend. Spend is shown as total spend and prior year spend for each month.

Click on any month column to drill into the transaction level spend for the month.

Services

This chart shows the cumulative YTD spend and prior year spend broken down by services.

Click on a service to drill down to the transaction level spend.

Sub Towers

This chart shows the cumulative year to date spend and prior year to date broken down by Sub Tower.

Click on any Sub Tower to drill into related GL transaction.

Cost Pools

The Cost Pools chart shows the cumulative year to date spend and prior year to date spend broken down by TBM Cost Pool.

Click on any cost pool column to drill into the related GL transactions.

Top 20 Cost Centers

This chart shows the cumulative YTD spend and prior year YTD spend broken down by cost centers.

Click on a cost centers to see a drill down to the transaction level.

This table shows the tower spend trend for month-on-month. Spend is shown YTD spend, prior year spend and variance for each month.

Click on any row to drill into the transaction level spend for the month.
