Cost Center Service Spend

The Cost Center Service Spend report provides an overview of service spend for a selected cost center. This helps you analyze how service spend is structured within a specific cost center and how it distributed across month, services, cost pools, and towers.

This report is accessed by drilling down from the Top 20 Cost Centers chart in the Service Portfolio dashboard and is scoped to a selected cost center.

KPIs

Charts and tables

Selecting any data point in a chart allows you to drill down into a more detailed view of the selected element.

Monthly Spend

This chart shows the monthly trend for month-on-month and cumulative year to date spend. Spend is shown as total spend and prior year spend for each month.

Click on any month column to drill into the transaction level spend for the month.

Services

This chart shows the cumulative YTD spend and prior year spend broken down by services.

Click on a service to drill down to the transaction level spend.

Towers

The Towers chart shows the cumulative year to date spend and prior year to date spend broken down by TBM Tower.

Click in any tower to drill into related GL transaction.

Cost Pools

The Cost Pools chart shows the cumulative year to date spend and prior year to date spend broken down by TBM Cost Pool.

Click on any cost pool column to drill into the related GL transactions.

Cost Center Service Spend Details

This table shows the cost center service spend trend for month-on-month. Spend is shown as spend YTD, prior year spend and variance for each month.

Click on any row to drill into the transaction level spend for the month.
