What is in Notifications
Notifications in Yarken are split into two related setup areas:

Notification Channels, which define where a message can be sent, such as Slack, Microsoft Teams, or email.

Notification Channel Groups, which define the recipient group used by Insights and related alerting workflows.
Create channels first, then create groups that use those channels.
