AI settings help administrators manage the current AI features available in the environment.
Use this section to configure:

Ask Yarken availability and response guidance.

Copilot availability, including Dashboard AI Narrative.

Playbooks and SOPs for repeatable analysis.

Lookup Search indexing for name resolution.

Agent Sandbox controls for supported code execution and document generation.
Current feature locations
Use the current locations below when administering AI features:

Ask Yarken and Ask Yarken Beta: Admin > Settings > AI > Ask Yarken.

Automation notification recipients and allowed domains: Admin > Settings > AI > Automations.

Agent Sandbox: Admin > Settings > AI > Agent Sandbox.

Lookup Search indexing: Admin > Settings > AI > Lookup Search.

AI Studio Copilots: Admin > AI Studio > Channels > Copilots.

Playbooks: Admin > AI Studio > Orchestrate > Playbooks.

Document-based Knowledge Base: Admin > AI Studio > Knowledge > Knowledge Base.
The Dashboard AI Narrative is now a Copilot managed under Admin > AI Studio > Channels > Copilots. Use the settings on the Dashboard AI Narrative Copilot card to enable or disable it for users.
AI settings do not create source data, change financial records, or override user permissions.
