What this setting controls
Ask Yarken settings control:

These settings do not change source data or user permissions.
Access Ask Yarken settings
To open Ask Yarken settings:

Go to Admin.
-
Select Settings.
-
Under AI, select Ask Yarken.
Enable or disable Ask Yarken
Use Enable Ask Yarken to turn the Ask Yarken experience on or off.
When enabled, eligible users can access Ask Yarken from the top navigation bar.
When disabled, users cannot use the Ask Yarken chat experience.
Organization context
Use Organization context for Ask Yarken to provide short business guidance that Ask Yarken can apply when answering questions.
Use it for:

Company goals.

Financial policies.

Reporting definitions.

Internal terminology.
-
Naming guidance.
-
Currency preferences.

Answer style guidance.

Governance requirements.
Keep the context short and operational. Avoid long policy text, temporary notes, or unrelated instructions.
Organization context helps shape answers. It does not override governed data, financial year settings, permissions, or tool-backed results.
Search lookup: Ambiguous matches
Search lookup helps Ask Yarken resolve names in user questions to values in Yarken, such as vendors, applications, cost centers, accounts, and consumers.
The ambiguous matches setting controls what happens when more than one match is found.
