Use this article to manage Lookup Search behaviour in Yarken.
What Lookup Search does
Lookup Search helps users find relevant dashboards and reports from the top navigation bar by searching for a parameter, field, tag, asset, contract number, or another indexed value.
When a search matches content used inside a dashboard or report, Yarken redirects the user to the relevant destination with the matching parameter applied.
The same indexed values also support Ask Yarken when it resolves names such as vendors, applications, cost centers, accounts, and consumers in user questions. The ambiguous-match behavior is configured under Admin > Settings > AI > Ask Yarken.
Lookup Search is different from the document-based Admin > AI Studio > Knowledge > Knowledge Base, which stores approved reference documents for AI search and citations.
What admins can control
The admins can:

Enable or disable Lookup Search

Refresh the Search Index

Clear the Search Index
By default, Lookup Search is disabled and must be configured before use.
