This page allows administrators to define, maintain, and upload exchange rates used across the platform.

To open Currency Exchange Rate settings:

  1. Navigate to Admin

  2. Select Settings

  3. Open Currency Exchange Rate

  • Actual

  • Planned

  • Uploaded Files

The Actual section is commonly used for:

The Uploaded Files table includes:

Create a currency exchange rate

To create a new exchange rate:

  1. Open the required tab:

    • Actual

    • Planned

  2. Select Add New

  3. Enter the required details

  4. Define:

    • Year

    • Month

    • From Currency

    • To Currency

    • Exchange Rate

  5. Save the configuration

Exchange rates become available across supported financial workflows after configuration.


Upload exchange rate files

Exchange rates can also be managed through bulk file uploads.

To upload exchange rate data:

  1. Open the required tab

  2. Select Upload

  3. Choose the source file

  4. Validate the file structure

  5. Start the upload process

Uploaded files are tracked in the Uploaded Files section.
