Use this article to manage the default financial and reporting behavior used across Yarken.
The Default Settings page allows administrators to define the baseline financial year formatting, current reporting year, and financial year start month across the environment.
Access Default Settings
To open Default Settings:

Go to Admin.
-
Select Settings.

Under Platform, select Default Settings.
What Default Settings control
Default Settings establish system-wide baseline values used across dashboards, analytics, data loading, and reporting filters.

Save or cancel changes

To save an updated value, select the green check mark next to the field.

To discard changes, select the red cross / cancel icon next to the field.
Cube refresh required
After updating the Year Name Format, Current Financial Year, or Financial Year Start Month, trigger a Cube Refresh to ensure dashboard filters and pre-aggregated dataset views load properly with the new format.
