Once Accounts Payable records are added or uploaded, you can review, edit, delete, or download them from the dataset screen.
Before changing records, confirm whether they are linked to other records. For example, deleting a contract may not be appropriate if purchase orders are already linked to it.
Edit Accounts Payable records
Use edit when you need to correct or update existing record details.
Procedure

Select the required dataset:

Invoices
-
Purchase Orders
-
Contracts
-

Locate the record you want to update.

Click the Edit (pencil) icon in the Actions column.

Update the required fields.

Click SAVE.
Notes:
-
Updates take effect immediately after saving.

If you change a key identifier, such as Invoice Number, PO Number, or Contract Number, review dependent records to ensure links remain accurate.

Avoid changing linked values unless the update is intentional and validated.
Delete Accounts Payable records
Use delete when a record is no longer required.
Procedure

Select the required dataset.

Locate the record you want to remove.

Click the Delete icon in the Actions column.

Confirm the deletion.
Notes:

Deleted records are removed from the list.
-
Deletion is not restricted if another dataset references a record.

Before deleting, verify whether the record is linked to invoices, purchase orders, contracts, or reports.
Download Accounts Payable records
Use download to export records for review or offline analysis.
Procedure

Select the required dataset.
-
Click the ellipsis (⋯) menu.
-
Select Download.
The application downloads the records in a CSV file.
