Overview
Contract Document Extraction helps you onboard contracts into Yarken by automatically extracting key information from contract PDF files. Instead of manually entering contract details, you can upload a contract, review the extracted information, make any necessary corrections, and publish it into Yarken for ongoing contract management.
The feature also includes Contract Explorer, which lets you ask natural-language questions about your contracts, search for specific terms, and quickly locate important clauses using AI-powered analysis.
