What Knowledge Base means in Settings
In this settings area, Knowledge Base refers to the dimensions index used by Ask Yarken to resolve names in user questions.
It is not a user-facing document library.
What the index does
The dimensions index helps Ask Yarken match terms such as vendor names, application names, project names, cost centres, accounts, teams, and consumers to the right values in your data.
The settings shows two main admin actions:

Refresh the dimensions index

Clear the dimensions index
Why this matters
Yarken's Knowledge Base is intended to cover Yarken terminology, TBM, FinOps, implementation context, and supported use cases.
For the Settings screen, the operational admin task is keeping the dimensions index current so Ask Yarken can resolve names accurately.
