Distributing Asset Spend to Solution Offerings
The Solution offering mapping allows you to map the asset spend from Applications, Products or Services to the different offerings. You can use the template file titled Asset to Solution Offering Mapping to distribute the asset spend. This template file contains the mandatory columns required for the mapping. You can download the template file and fill out the details.
Prerequisites:
To distribute, you should have:

Asset Type and Asset ID

Offering ID
-
Distribution portion
Procedure:
To distribute asset spend to solution offerings,

Navigate to Admin → YäRKEN Designer.

On the left pane, select Solutions under the MAP section.

Click + icon on the month for which you want to load the data.

On the upload dialogue box, browse or drag your file.

Review your data and click NEXT.

Choose to FINISH or select EDIT MAPPING to review or map any additional data.
You can view the mapping details from View Asset to Solution Offering option. After loading the spend into the solution offering, you can distribute it to the individual business units.
