Loading Monthly Asset Data

The asset data can be uploaded by using the template files available under Admin > Data Templates. These template files contain the data columns that are used for field mapping. You can identify the asset template files by their names. For example, to load the data for the Applications asset, look for a template titled Applications. Download and add the data in the file for which you want to upload the data.

Prerequisites:

To load the asset data, you should have:

• Asset ID

• Asset Name

Procedure:

To load the asset data,

1. Navigate to Admin → YäRKEN Designer.

2. On the left pane, expand the Assets under the UPLOAD section.

3. Click the asset for which you want to upload the data.

4. Select a month you want to load the data and click ellipsis (…).

5. Choose Add [Asset Name], for example, Add Products.

6. On the upload dialog box, browse or drag your file.

7. Review your data and click NEXT.

8. You can choose to FINISH or select EDIT MAPPING to review or map any additional data.

After uploading the file, you can check the file status, loaded records, mapped fields, and other details under the UPLOADED FILES tab.
